Langwith Lodge Residential Home is a gorgeous, neo-Georgian property, which was designed and constructed in the early 1900s by Louis Ambler for the Duke of Portland's agent, having connections with the famous Welbeck estate. The home has been a family residence and a diabetic hospital, before becoming a care home in 1990. The restoration of this stunning old house has incorporated the retention of its original features, whilst accommodating all of the current Health and Safety regulations governing residential homes.
